Padres Breaking News: We Told You So

Here he comes.

Eric Lauer will not be pitching his next scheduled start for El Paso, as reported by AJ Cassavell:

Lets take a look at the timeline.

Perdomo got RACKED in his last start on Wednesday, going 3 innings while giving up 10 hits, 9 runs and 7 ER. Minutes into his start this blogger had had enough:

Almost as if AJ follows that guy under a fake handle. Wouldn't be the first. Then 805W's own Doug Peters dropped this nugget after the game:

 Then this happened:

 The Move? Right here:
The Padres announced today that the following roster move has been made:
  • Optioned RHP Luis Perdomo to Triple-A El Paso
  • RHP Kirby Yates will be reinstated from the 10-day disabled list tomorrow (4/20) prior to the 6:40pm game at Arizona
A couple of hours after the move, 805West got a tip from source #2:

That's some good old fashioned BIG J stuff right there. TWO sources you hillbillies. Haven't you miserable f*cks watched The Newsroom? Mac doesn't fall for that fake news ESPN  shit and neither do we.

So maybe the boys from the forgotten South Bay might just know wtf we are talking about, and maybe we have some real sources that NO ONE ELSE does.

Has Lauer been promoted? No. Am I doubling down on this announcement? Yes. I'm splitting Aces vs a 10 showing because you got to bet big to win big. This blog shit isn't a game its LIFE.

We were correct (a bit late but nonetheless) on the news that Lamet would indeed get Tommy John. It took a couple of weeks after we got the scoop but it's happening right?

Once Lauer comes up to Coors Field we will be 2/2. Maybe then the South Bay will get some love.
